Music with a Mission:

Harmonizing Hope for Humanity

Our Vision

At Beyond Me Entertainment (BME), we’ve moved past the standard "gig" circuit to curate Impact Experiences. By merging corporate sponsorship with community pillars—like schools, charities, and mega-churches—we fund music tours that drive real humanitarian change.

We are an Indianapolis-based collective, label, and media house blending Hip-Hop, R&B, Soul, and Pop to boost brand CSR and fuel the Beyond Me Initiative, our non-profit dedicated to local grant-making and alleviating suffering.

Our lead artist, Watson Tunez, champions a message of service and leadership. We are seeking elite session musicians and vocalists who can execute high-end productions with precision and soul. Join us on stage to amplify hope, deliver measurable impact, and redefine entertainment.

Core Values & Culture

"The 'Impact Experience' isn't just a gig—it’s a legacy. Leave behind more than just notes; leave behind a community that is better because you played."

What We Stand For

To be part of the BME Music Collective (aka "Beyond Me Music Group), you must align with our DNA:

Music. community. impact

  • Excellence Over Ego: – We are a "floating roster," not a fixed band. We show up prepared, even without a rehearsal.

  • Radical Flexibility: – Our schedule is driven by our clients. We stay "on-call" and ready to move when the impact calls.

  • Professionalism as Standard:– We are work-for-hire contractors. Punctuality, communication, and preparation are non-negotiable.

  • Community First: – We use our platform to provide grants and service opportunities to the audiences we reach.

How the Collective Works:

We respect your career as a professional musician. Our model is designed for the modern session player:

  • Lead-Driven Scheduling: – We pitch to major organizations. When they book, we call our roster.

  • Tiered Calls: – We maintain 1st, 2nd, and 3rd call lists based on availability and performance.

  • Jam & Studio Sessions: - We hold open-ended creative sessions to build chemistry and record new tracks for the BME label.

  • The Impact Journey:- 80% of our work is touring. We charge premium rates because we deliver premium impact.

FAQ's

Is this a permanent band or a session-based collective?

Beyond Me Music Group is a Music Collective with a floating roster. While we have a core sound, we do not operate as a static band. This allows us to scale based on client budgets and provide opportunities to musicians based on their specific availability. You are a professional contractor brought in to execute a high-level "Impact Experience."

What position(s) in the backing band are you looking to fill right away?

We are looking to fill a spot for the drummer, keys, bass player, and backing vocals. We are also looking for sound engineers as well. Other positions include a road manager, media production, and so forth. If you are interested, please apply.

How and when do I get paid?

We believe in compensating our talent for their professional skills. We primarily focus on paid booking opportunities secured through our label, Beyond Me Entertainment. Payments are typically disbursed per event or project. Because we require non-refundable deposits from our clients, we ensure that once a date is locked and you are booked, your compensation is protected.

I have a busy schedule. How much notice will I get for impact experiences?

Because we "merge" sponsors and hosts, our calendar is driven by the client’s timeline. We strive to provide as much lead time as possible, but we don't always control the booking window. We use a tiered call system (1st, 2nd, and 3rd call), so if a short-notice opportunity arises and you aren't available, we simply move to the next person on the roster—no hard feelings.

Are Jam Sessions and Rehearsals paid?

1. Jam Sessions: These are unpaid, open-ended creative gatherings. They are designed for building chemistry, innovation, and "vibe-checking" the roster.

2. Rehearsals: These are specific to a secured booking and are generally factored into the performance fee for that event.

3. Studio Sessions: Recording for the label is handled on a project-by-project basis.

Do I need to provide my own gear?

Yes. As professional session musicians and vocalists, you are expected to bring your own high-quality, road-ready gear. For vocalists, this includes any specific IEM (In-Ear Monitor) hardware required by our sound engineer. For instrumentalists, your rig must be capable of meeting the professional standards of high-end corporate and charity venues.

How do I move up to "First Call" status?

"First Call" status is earned through three things:

1. Excellence: Knowing the music inside and out without needing hand-holding.

2. Reliability: Being communicative and punctual.

3. Chemistry: Showing up to Jam Sessions and proving you can integrate seamlessly with the team and the brand.

What is the dress code for performances?

We provide a "Style Guide" for every event to match the client's atmosphere. Generally, we lean toward a "Street-Professional" or "Modern-Chic" look (often all black) that allows the focus to remain on the performance and the message.

Can I still play with other bands or do my own projects?

Absolutely. We recognize that our roster is made up of elite freelancers. We do not ask for exclusivity. We only ask that once you commit to a BME date, you honor that commitment as a professional.

What happens if I can't make an impact experience I already committed to?

Life happens (illness, emergencies, etc.). However, because we represent a label and a lead artist, "no-shows" or last-minute cancellations without a valid emergency are grounds for immediate removal from the roster. Reliability is our currency.

What exactly is Beyond Me Entertainment?

Beyond Me Entertainment is a music collective, record label, and media company that originated in Indianapolis in 2025. Our goal is to bridge the gap between high-level music production and humanitarian action. We have created a movement that transcends genre and geography, blending Hip-hop, R&B, and Pop into captivating experiences. We bring these experiences to a wide variety of venues—from boardrooms and classrooms to gyms, churches, clubs, and ballrooms. We are a "Humanitarian Hip-Hop" powerhouse that delivers bottom-line results for our partners while fueling measurable change through our non-profit counterpart, the Beyond Me Initiative.

What are "Impact Experiences" and "Social Impact Touring"?

An "Impact Experience" is what we call our live performances. These aren't just concerts; they are events intentionally designed to create measurable social change. We partner with corporations, schools, and churches to help them build their brand reputation and achieve their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) goals. "Social Impact Touring" (or "Impact Touring") occurs when we connect multiple Impact Experiences together to:

1. Raise awareness for the Live Beyond You Service Challenge.

2. Generate funds for causes and alleviate human suffering.

3. Foster servant leadership through our grant programs.

What kind of music will I be playing?

You’ll be backing Watson Tunez in a high-energy fusion of R&B, modern Pop, and Hip-Hop. The music is upbeat, uplifting, and completely profanity-free. We focus on music that sounds great and does good.

Does BME only do charity events?

No. While we are driven by humanitarianism, we operate as a professional media company. We book high-impact musical experiences for organizations that are looking for exceptional entertainment that amplifies their values. Because we focus on delivering "bottom-line results" for our clients, we are able to maintain a professional budget to pay our music roster.

What is the "Beyond Me Initiative"?

The Beyond Me Initiative is our non-profit counterpart. While the Entertainment side handles the music and media, the Initiative side manages our grant programs. Every event we perform fuels this initiative, allowing us to foster servant leadership and alleviate suffering in the local communities where we perform.

Where is the collective based?

While we originated in Indianapolis, Indiana, our "floating roster" is designed to be mobile. We are looking for musicians who are ready to bring this movement to stages everywhere—from local sanctuaries to international ballrooms.

"A music collective is only as strong as its commitment to a mission. We aren't just another "band playing live gigs"; we are building a brother (and sister) hood of professionals, dedicated to not only their craft, but also to making a difference."
